Project Overview
This is a game made for 7dayfps jam, The main concept of this game is from the word "GunFu" which is gun + kungfu. In this game player will need to beat the gang minions and reach the end of the stage. The player will have to use kungfu along with guns to overcome the obstacle.
3 main pillars of this project is cool combo, funny and lastly adrenaline rush.
Challenges
With limited time, the design need to be simple but fun to keep the game in scope.
Solution
I tried to minimize the actions of both player and enemy then come up with some randomization to spice things up.
What have I learned?
- Optimize the game scope. With limited time we have pushed our resources to the limit that we ended up with such polished gameplay execution.
